Weight Loss Tips and Things To Know!

Tips:
-drink at least 4 bottles of water (to keep track of my water I use "plant nanny")
-add more fruits and veggies to your diet
-meditate
-exercise regularly
-eat smaller portions
-take your time eating
-manage your stress
Things to know:
-don't start losing weight because other people say this or that do it because you want to for a good reason like maybe you want to improve health or something like that
-don't ever hate your body because of anything
-remember you are beautiful and nobody shape or size has any say in that
-if you become obsessive over things like eating you need to realize and stop what your doing because that's not good for your body and can lead to many problems
*if anyone is wondering why I put this up it is because I want to lose weight myself, not because I want to follow stereotypes or anything like that its because I am having health issues myself and I want to lose weight but I also wanted to share a little bit of what I'm doing to lose weight"
