Tips for better sleep



Tips:
-Try to do something that brings down your energy
-get an app that has sleeping sounds (I recommend relax melodies)
-drink chamomile tea to help relax (try to use honey instead of sugar for a better taste)
-try reading a book before bed (book or e-book)
-turn off the ringer on any device 
-turn off all devices except for the one used for sleeping sounds 
-get cozy and sleep
