Stretch:
-low lunge (30 sec per side)
-scissor stretch (30 sec per side)
-side stretch (30 sec per side)
-supine twist (30 sec per side)
-butterfly stretches (30 sec)
-cobra abdominal stretch (30 sec)
-arm circles (30 sec per side)
-touch your toes (30 sec)
-hamstring stretch (30 sec per side)

Workout:
-ab crunches (30)
-side lunge (30)
-donkey kicks (15 per side)
-lying leg lifts (20 per side)
-squats (50)
-lunges (25 per side)
-Russian twists (50)
-bicycle crunches (50)
-mountain climbers (30)
-triceps dips (20)
-sit-ups (25)
-push-ups (25)
-bicep curls (100)
-plank (30 sec)

Yoga:
-Childs pose (1 minute)
-cobra pose (1 minute)
-low lunge (1 minute each side)
-forward pose (1 minute)
-triangle pose (1 minute each side)
-Warrior pose (1 minute)

Extra:
-dance (two songs)
-walk (at least 3,000 steps every day)
